How to Order
Order
online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders entered after
5:00pm ET will be promptly processed the next business day.
In stock products will be shipped the same day your order is
processed.
Should
you need help while placing an order, representatives are available to provide
immediate online assistance from 8 am to 5 pm ET, Monday
Friday.
No Minimum Order
We
appreciate all orders, so there is no minimum order requirement.
However, customers placing orders under $25 with freight billed collect
or to a third party will be subject to a $5.00 charge.

Prices/Quantities
All
prices offered are net wholesale prices with trade discounts already deducted
for wholesale purchases. Market sensitive commodity items are priced according
to current market conditions.

We accept any standard Microsoft Office Product file format, Adobe PDF files,
RTF or text file formats (CSV, tabbed text or plain text).  
TestPath
makes every effort to present current and accurate pricing on this website.
However, quantities may be limited; prices are subject to change without notice
and all orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance. All prices
are in US dollars and no other currencies are accepted.

Payment
Methods
US
and Canadian customers
may pay using check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or the GSA Advantage and IMPAC cards.
The use of a money order or check may significantly delay your order
as we reserve the right to delay any shipment until satisfied that authorized
funds have cleared our account.
 
International
customers
please review terms under
International Orders.
 
Open
account is available to qualified institutions and businesses that routinely order
from us. Please allow sufficient time for the credit approval process.

Dishonored Check Policy. If a check given to us for payment is dishonored
for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree
to pay us $25.00 as a service charge. In addition, you agree to pay any other
reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection
agency that we may use for collection. Top
Sales Tax
Only
Massachusetts
customers are required to remit a 5% sales tax. TestPath does not remit sales
tax to any other state.
Massachusetts
residents and entities not required to pay sales tax must submit a signed sales
exemption certificate by fax to: (978) 739 - 4844. Any sales tax due that is
not collected by TestPath is the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic
Shipping Services
We
charge a single fee for each order regardless of the number of products, their
weight or the number of shipments needed to complete your order. The shipping
charge is based on the total order value excluding taxes and before any
discounts are applied. Packages are shipped primarily by FedEx and UPS.
 
In
addition to the shipping options provided below, you may always provide your
UPS or FedEx account number and request that all charges be billed directly to
you. When you choose this option,
each shipment, including shipments of backordered items, will be charged to
your account. A onetime per order charge of $5.00 will be applied to orders
under $25.00 with freight billed collect or to a 3rd party.
 
All
sales are made FOB
Danvers, MA, USA.
Charges are either prepaid and added to the invoice, billed collect or billed
to a 3rd party.  
TestPaths
warehouse opens Monday through Friday at 8 am and does not close until every
order for in-stock product received by 5 pm ET has been shipped. TestPath sells
wholesale only and requires positive identification on all accounts. With
regrets, we can not provide walk-in or counter sales.

Handling Charges
A

Backorders /
Out-of-Stock Product
On
orders paid by check, money order or credit card,
items not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as they become
available. Items not available at the end of 30 days will be cancelled and
refunded/credited in cases of prepayment. The number of backorder days may be
extended beyond 30 days at customer's request.
On
orders billed to customers with open account credit,
items not available for immediate shipment will be shipped and billed as they
become available. Items not available at the end of 90 days will be cancelled.
The number of backorder days may be extended beyond 90 days at customer's
request.

Freight Damage
If
product received has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the
shipping carton, packing material and parts together. Although all TestPath
sales are FOB
Danvers, MA,
we will be happy to assist or initiate a claim with the carrier. Simply contact
TestPath Customer Service as soon as the damage has been identified to make a
claim and to arrange for replacement product.

International Orders
Top
In
addition to domestic orders (the United States and its territories), TestPath
accepts international orders for all products except those branded as Fluke or
Tektronix. All international orders are exported from the
US
in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations and diversion contrary
to US Law is prohibited.
An
additional handling charge of $10.00 will be included for processing and
invoicing (excluding
Canada
). All freight charges, duties and taxes will be the
responsibility of the customer. All shipments will be sent insured at the
Customers expense.
International
customers may pay for goods using
MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover or by cashier's check in US funds.
(Money orders can result in significant delays.)
We cannot accept personal checks or certified personal checks. Letters
of Credit may be used for orders exceeding $10,000
but must be approved in advance by TestPath. We reserve the right to
delay any shipment until satisfied that authorized funds have cleared our
account.
Return
Policy
Top
TestPath
wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases.
At your option,
we will replace products or refund your payment subject to the guidelines
listed below.
(1)
All
returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by
the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the
return.
(2)
Returned
merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
(3)
Return
freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
(4)
Parts
returned due to customer error may by subject to a restocking charge.
(5)
Products
specified as "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" at time of quote or sale are not
returnable.
(6)
Allow
us to expedite your return by contacting a Customer Service representative to
obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning

acceptance of any order is subject to customer's assent to all of the terms and
conditions set forth herein and customer's assent to these terms and conditions
shall be presumed from customer's receipt of TestPath's acknowledgment, or from
customer's acceptance of all or any part of the goods or services ordered.
If
a purchase order or other correspondence contains terms or conditions contrary
to the terms and conditions specified by TestPath, TestPaths acceptance of any
order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions,
nor will that constitute a waiver by TestPath of any of the terms and
conditions contained herein.
No
TestPath employee or representative is authorized to accept, confirm or vary
these terms and conditions including all warranties and representations unless
they have been posted on this Web site.
All
terms are specifically and exclusively subject to interpretation under the US
Uniform Commercial Code and all claims or disputes shall be interpreted
according to Massachusetts law and subject to jurisdiction in Massachusetts
state or federal courts at the exclusion of any other choice of law or choice
of jurisdiction, including the UN convention on commerce.

TestPath, Inc. (Seller) does not control the use of the products it sells,
there are no express warranties that extend beyond the description contained

SELLER
DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SINCE SELLER CANNOT CONTROL THE MANNER OF USE OF ITS
